📋 Description

• Onboard new partners into systems and maintain agreements, contacts, tiers, and partner statuses • Receive deal registrations, check for conflicts, route them for decisions, and communicate outcomes to partners • Maintain accurate source, partner, and stage data for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities • Build and run the weekly partner pipeline report and explain changes in pipeline metrics • Track partner referral earnings and prepare payouts for approval and accounting • Coordinate event registrations, badge lists, shipping, and CRM entry for event contacts • Send partner program updates and distribute marketing enablement materials • Maintain clean partner contact lists • Flag issues in deal registrations and referral payouts • Travel to partner events as needed and report to the Head of Channel

🎯 Requirements

• One to two years in sales operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or partner support at a B2B technology company • Daily working experience in a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time • Spreadsheet skills strong enough to build a report someone else can trust • Written communication that partners can act on without a follow-up call • Attention to detail that holds up on the hundredth record, not just the first • CCP certification within twelve months of hire, supported by Agile IT • U.S. person status, required by the nature of our customers' work • Experience with a partner relationship management platform • Experience coordinating trade shows or conferences • Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem • Exposure to defense, federal, or another regulated market • Experience with Zoho or Autotask
