📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service • Resolve product or service problems • Answer high volumes of incoming calls • Acquire customer orders and route orders to the appropriate service site • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in call center databases • Update system information to maintain accurate customer data throughout the order process • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate answers • Follow call center scripts for different topics • Troubleshoot problems, explain solutions, expedite corrections or adjustments, and follow up to ensure resolution • Maintain general knowledge of all product and service lines • Route requests to appropriate support specialists • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services • Present product opportunities and route service leads to Inside Sales specialists for follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or 2 years of equivalent experience required • Previous experience in a high-volume call center is preferred • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively is preferred • Proven track record of new business generation resulting in increased revenue • Health care industry knowledge preferred • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions • Ability to make decisions under pressure • Solid knowledge of products and solutions, including competitive products • Documentation skills and attention to detail • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Time management skills • Entire MS Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, and order management systems • May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
