📋 Description

• Administer, configure, enhance, and support the enterprise application portfolio, primarily owning the NetSuite ERP platform • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and platform capabilities • Design, implement, and support secure and reliable integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms • Ensure applications comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and Segregation of Duties policies • Evolve enterprise application architecture through standardization, modernization, technical debt reduction, and scalable solutions • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, IT, Finance, Operations, and business teams • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize the enterprise application ecosystem • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles • Provide guidance and training to business users and support teams • Drive continuous improvement and optimize enterprise processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements • Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow, and general platform administration • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development/change management best practices • Experience implementing and maintaining data governance standards, master data management practices, and data quality across integrated systems • Understanding of security best practices, RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, and regulatory compliance such as SOX • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while balancing operational support, enhancements, and strategic projects • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex application issues • Communication and stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance, Operations, Security, and other business functions • Experience documenting business processes, solution designs, technical configurations, and support procedures • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset • SuiteScript experience preferred • SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, SuiteCloud Development Framework, Agile/Scrum, iPaaS platforms, and NetSuite certifications are bonus or preferred qualifications
