📋 Description

• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specs • Execute both manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks • Identify, document, and log bugs or defects in a bug tracking system; verify fixes and ensure no regressions • Perform regression testing to confirm new changes do not break existing functionality; conduct performance and security testing • Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business needs • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines • Provide clear, detailed test result reports to stakeholders and track QA metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years on Salesforce Government Cloud • Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level required • U.S. Citizen with Public Trust eligibility • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps, and QA best practices • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks • Familiarity with tools like JIRA for defect management • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, modules, and architecture • Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
