📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Salesforce Administrators, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations • Oversee technical delivery end-to-end with internal business partners and external system integrators • Handle day-to-day Salesforce user requests, troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization • Lead projects impacting Salesforce or Salesforce data flows • Champion Salesforce best practices, automation, and innovative solutions • Manage external vendors and implementation partners • Gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions with cross-department stakeholders • Oversee Salesforce integrations with HubSpot, Crossbeam, Outreach, Responsive, Pendo, Workato, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and other services • Leverage AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and value delivery • Lead strategy and execution of changes and developments within the Salesforce ecosystem • Design and modify data flows between Salesforce and connected systems • Support Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated services

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years Salesforce/enterprise systems experience • Certified Salesforce Administrator • Relevant Salesforce certifications • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Precise attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance • Deep understanding of business processes • Knowledge of project management • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
