📋 Description

• Lead administration of SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Serve as a level 2/3 service desk escalation point for core IT applications and services • Act as hands-on technical lead for the IT team in a 100% cloud-based organization • Perform major system migrations and consolidations, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations • Support the Director, IT and leadership in improving service quality and efficiency • Establish the corporate IT platform as a scalable and agile business function • Develop and implement IT and Service Delivery standards and processes • Manage MSP, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders • Integrate cybersecurity controls into IT service delivery and manage cyber risk • Deliver M&A and growth-related initiatives • Manage day-to-day IT systems and cloud applications, including M365, Google Workspace, Adobe, DocuSign, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite • Manage identity services, cloud infrastructure, email routing, domain names, and DNS • Execute IT and cybersecurity projects such as cloud tenant migrations, rebrands, and new cyber-control implementations • Support frontline service delivery with escalated technical issues • Define SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, and IT support • Track and manage IT hardware and software assets • Manage IT vendor contracts, licensing, subscriptions, usage, and budgets • Facilitate change management through planning, communication, and project/task management • Help determine the future IT staffing and operating model and potentially line-manage additional technical roles

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in IT, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years previous work experience in IT administration or end-user support • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including hands-on configuration and administration • Experience using either Microsoft 365 PowerShell Modules or GAM • Extensive experience managing or supporting cloud/SaaS applications for employee productivity, collaboration, and work management • Detailed understanding and experience implementing technical controls for hardware, cloud services, email, and identity management services • Experience with Azure/Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, and Google Identity • Working knowledge of IT service management concepts and frameworks such as ITIL • Working knowledge of cybersecurity detective and preventative controls for information and data protection • Conceptual knowledge of privacy and compliance rules and regulations • Certifications including Microsoft, Azure, Google, ITIL, or CompTIA preferred • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems using critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with an outsourced IT operating model and/or MSPs • Awareness of IT and cyber risk tolerances and alignment with broader business objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High personal integrity and ethics, with ability to handle confidential matters professionally • Ability and willingness to adapt to and facilitate organizational change • At this time, unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this position
