📋 Description

• Administer eXp Realty’s brokerage operations in the state of Iowa • Support agents in delivering exceptional real estate brokerage service to clients • Act as the state Principal Broker • Conduct training on contracts, risk management, licensing and state real estate law • Respond promptly to agents’ requests for assistance • Consult and engage with agents and others to solve difficult or complex transaction issues • Review contracts for legal and contractual compliance • Administer and manage eXp’s State Trust Account according to state law, if required • Collaborate with brokerage operations, regional operations and legal teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Monitor state performance goals and enforce accountability • Implement eXp’s Risk Management Program and risk management tools • Oversee eXp’s relationships with local REALTOR associations and Multiple Listing Services • Enhance and ensure compliance with company-wide and state brokerage operations manuals • Support innovation in brokerage operations for the growing state agent base • Engage with prospective agents interested in joining eXp • Work with Managing Brokers for the overall success of eXp in Iowa • Mediate issues between eXp agents within the state when required • Coordinate distribution of inbound mail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience • Minimum of 12 years of related experience preferred • Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker of a medium to large firm • Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level • Aptitude for leading and inspiring teams • Collaborative approach • Boundless work ethic • Ability to implement systems and processes • Must be a people person • Knowledge of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law • Knowledge of REALTOR association membership and MLS participation • Ability to comply with individual state license law • Ability to perform transaction review and compliance training
