📋 Description

• Nurture leads and book appointments for the Agent team • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and marketing initiatives • Respond to customer service inquiries over the phone and via web-chat • Gather information to qualify or disqualify prospective customer leads • Provide information regarding resources and Zoocasa services • Provide warm introductions from prospects to Agents • Develop knowledge of the Zoocasa Agent team and regional areas of specialization • Book customers for meetings with Realtors • Collaboratively develop scripts and service offerings for clients • Follow up with incoming leads from Zoocasa.com and partner referrals • Manage weekly and monthly activity reporting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience • Excellent communication skills • Motivated, go-getter with a commitment to delivering results and achieving targets • Knowledge and interest in the real estate industry • Resourceful and self-motivated • Ability to nurture leads, book appointments, conduct outbound follow-up calls, and support marketing initiatives • Customer service experience over the phone and via web-chat • Ability to qualify/disqualify prospective customer leads • Ability to manage weekly and monthly activity reporting
