📋 Description

• Support the Designated Managing Broker in administering eXp Realty brokerage operations in Florida • Support agents in delivering exceptional real estate brokerage service to clients and customers • Assist with compliance with state license law, REALTOR association membership, and MLS participation • Conduct transaction reviews and compliance training • Support the eXp Risk Management program and risk management tools • Participate on the eXp Realty state leadership team • Conduct training on contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law • Respond promptly to agents' requests for assistance • Consult and engage with agents and others to resolve difficult or complex transaction issues • Perform contract reviews for legal and contractual compliance • Enhance and maintain company-wide and state brokerage operations manuals • Support innovation in brokerage operations for the growing state agent base • Coordinate distribution of inbound mail • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, and other designated channels • Attend virtual meetings and provide progress updates • Complete assigned projects and tasks with attention to detail and quality • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Collaborate with colleagues using remote collaboration tools • Take ownership of assigned work and address challenges • Continuously update job knowledge through training or self-directed learning

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker of a small to medium firm • Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level • Collaborative approach and boundless work ethic • Ability to implement systems and processes • Agile/Flexible attitude • Strong attention to detail required • Excellent customer service abilities; written and verbal communication must be superb • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goal • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Experience in coordinating events and group activities • Conflict resolution and active listening; ability to assess a customer's needs or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinking • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Remote Work experience required • Dedicated home-office/work space • Advanced Trello experience preferred • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely • Availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours • Adherence to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality
