📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations • Assist in all operational elements necessary to comply with state license law, REALTOR association membership, MLS participation • Conduct training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law • Promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance • Effectively consult and engage with eXp agents to problem-solve complex transaction issues • Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker of a small to medium firm • Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level • Collaborative approach and boundless work ethic • Ability to implement systems and processes • Strong attention to detail • Excellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superb • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Experience in coordinating events and group activities • Conflict resolution and active listening • Proficient knowledge of G Suite • Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Remote work experience required • Dedicated home-office/work space • Advanced Trello experience preferred
