📋 Description

• Support the Designated Managing Broker in administering eXp Realty brokerage operations in Minnesota • Support agents in delivering exceptional real estate brokerage service to clients • Assist with compliance with state license law, REALTOR association membership, and MLS participation • Conduct transaction reviews for legal and contractual compliance • Conduct compliance, contract, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law training • Respond promptly to agent requests for assistance • Consult and engage with agents and others to solve difficult or complex transaction issues • Support implementation of the eXp Risk Management Program and risk management tools • Enhance and ensure compliance with company-wide and state brokerage operations manuals • Support innovation in brokerage operations for the growing state agent base • Coordinate distribution of inbound mail • Participate on the eXp Realty state leadership team • Maintain communication through email, instant messaging, video conferences, and other channels • Attend virtual meetings and provide progress updates • Complete assigned projects and manage workload to meet deadlines • Collaborate on shared documents and projects using remote collaboration tools • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker of a small to medium firm • Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level • Agile/Flexible attitude • Strong attention to detail required • Excellent customer service abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to complete individual tasks and work on a team • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Experience coordinating events and group activities • Conflict resolution and active listening skills • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required • Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Remote Work experience required • Dedicated home-office/work space • Advanced Trello experience preferred • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely
