📋 Description

• Lead implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise Data Protection environments • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient Data Protection solutions • Execute complex infrastructure projects and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders • Configure and architect backup platforms to optimize data protection • Deploy data center and cloud technologies, including Cohesity, Rubrik, Dell DP Suite, and Commvault • Configure backups across hypervisors, cloud platforms, databases, and Windows/Linux operating systems • Plan, orchestrate, and execute disaster recovery testing • Support secure, resilient, high-performing environments through networking and infrastructure expertise • Lead performance tuning and capacity management • Develop solution designs, implementation plans, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials • Act as technical point of contact during delivery engagements, status meetings, cutovers, and escalations • Collaborate with project managers, architects, account teams, and customer stakeholders • Provide post-implementation knowledge transfer, root cause analysis, and continuous-improvement recommendations • Support junior team members and contribute to delivery quality and customer satisfaction • Maintain awareness of emerging Data Protection, cloud, and infrastructure trends • Support project-based delivery of new datacenter and cloud technologies, upgrades, and system moves

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in enterprise Data Protection infrastructure delivery roles, ideally in consulting, professional services delivery, or complex customer environments • Strong experience with Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik, Dell Data Protection Suite, and comparable enterprise technologies • Experience with SAN implementation and interoperability analysis • Experience integrating Data Protection solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud • Ability to troubleshoot complex Data Protection and connectivity issues across multi-site environments, cloud platforms, firewalls, hosts, and supporting infrastructure • Strong communication and documentation skills, including explaining risks and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in client-facing delivery environments • Understanding of AI, VMware, Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems • Strong presentation, diagramming, whiteboarding, and storytelling skills • Expertise in racking, stacking, and cabling hardware • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Must obtain required Data Protection certifications relevant to the Practice • Availability for after-hours and weekend work when required by client engagements
