📋 Description

• Support the Security and Compliance Practice across Delivery, Business Development, and Practice Development • Lead or support small to medium-sized client engagements onsite or remotely • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops • Set and manage customer expectations • Drive requirements gathering, project tasks, milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines • Create, finalize, and peer-review project deliverables • Present deliverables to client executive management • Support delivery engagements throughout the project lifecycle • Support business development through client discovery meetings • Represent service offerings during sales cycles, including scoping, proposal development, and presentations • Assist Principal Consultants and Security Sales Specialists with engagement scoping and proposal collateral • Maintain subject matter expertise in at least four security domains or three security solutions • Participate in developing, enhancing, and standardizing in-practice service offerings • Enable more than one service capability • Maintain broad knowledge of current and future IT trends, technologies, and standards • Provide support and mentorship to Associates • Contribute to continuous improvement, thought leadership, and maturation of service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in information security and/or information security governance or compliance • Undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences or Business Management preferred, but not required • 4 years consulting experience, or commensurate work experience • 2 professional and/or technical certifications, including industry-recognized certifications aligned to AHEAD’s Security service portfolio • 2+ years of combined hands-on experience with CNAPP tools, particularly Wiz and Prisma Cloud • 2+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP • Proven experience reviewing and implementing secure cloud reference architectures and landing zones • Ability to translate risk strategy into cloud-native security controls • Strong understanding of multi-cloud governance models, Infrastructure-as-Code, policy-as-code, tagging standards, and multi-account strategies • Expertise integrating Wiz and Prisma Cloud with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing/alerting workflows • Strong track record deploying and instantiating Prisma Cloud • Familiarity with AWS Security Hub, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Google Security Command Center • Hands-on knowledge of cloud identity, including IAM, Federation, and RBAC, across multi-cloud environments • Familiarity with Okta and Entra ID • Strong knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and GDPR • Ability to design and map cloud-specific controls for audit and compliance needs • Experience with SIEM integration, including Splunk, Sentinel, and Chronicle • Ability to read, understand, and apply Terraform, Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation • Familiarity with OPA, Sentinel, and IaC scanning in CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and securing workloads at scale • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable addressing groups in virtual or in-person settings • Demonstrated business acumen • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different personalities • Executive presence with leadership characteristics
