📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations and Project Managers to oversee project costing, job setup, and timely and accurate invoicing • Analyze and distribute the monthly Percentage of Completion (POC) report on a daily cadence • Analyze and distribute the monthly intercompany job report on a weekly cadence • Run end-of-month CTC and ensure all yellows are properly closed on a monthly cadence • Ensure all intercompany jobs are set up correctly • Verify project forecast adjustments are correct and completed when needed • Track weekly progress and job costing on intercompany jobs • Work with Finance to ensure taxes, costs, and sales data are correctly entered into GP • Track all job change orders within GP for accurate job costing • Work with Project Managers to ensure jobs are invoiced correctly and timely

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years related functional experience • High School Degree or equivalent • Microsoft Office Suite • Fluent in GP and CRM • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills • Adaptability and attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously • Highest ethical and moral standards • Reliable and consistent attendance, demeanor, and work product • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Detailed orientation and high degree of accuracy
