📋 Description

• Complete an online onboarding program to prepare for consulting engagements • Quickly engage with multiple team members and become part of the Aimpoint community • Upskill through instructor-led sessions, mock projects, asynchronous content, and client-facing calls/work • Deliver data and analytic advisory and solutions for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to newly founded start-ups • Develop business-focused solutions using programming, data literacy, client interaction, and quality delivery • Achieve career-relevant certifications, primarily around Databricks, Snowflake, and Claude • Drive client impact from brainstorming through deployment • Lead projects, initiatives, and/or people

🎯 Requirements

• Active Duty US military personnel eligible for the SkillBridge program • Completed Master’s level coursework in machine learning, optimization, databases, data visualization, or application development • Navy personnel with the 3211E code, USMC personnel with MOS 8051, Army personnel from Functional Area 49 (FA49), Air Force personnel with 15A AFSC, or other service equivalents • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience • Required competency in Python for data manipulation • Experience communicating complex topics and results to high-level stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter able to work independently and lead projects, initiatives, and/or people • Ability to work full-time remotely within the United States
