📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and track the technical assistance needs of program participants. • Create plans to address technical assistance needs. • Apply subject matter expertise or policy translation to develop technical assistance resources, including memos, tipsheets, factsheets, checklists, templates, policy or review guides, FAQs, and case studies. • Develop, host, or support webinars and office hours. • Design communications for a variety of audiences and modalities. • Document technical assistance processes and procedures. • Facilitate discussions with program participants to track progress toward milestones, develop strategies and guidance, and synthesize common themes. • Lead meetings and present information to team members and clients. • Manage content within an online collaboration website, including resource libraries and chatter posts. • Compile and interpret engagement metrics related to program activities and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience; Master's Degree and 4 or more years of experience; Doctoral Degree. • Experience designing and conducting technical assistance activities and resources, such as briefs, guides, toolkits and webinars for a variety of audiences. • Experience developing communications for newsletters, online collaboration sites, and public-facing websites. • Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis, such as for online surveys and interviews. • Experience translating policy into practical and actionable information for various audiences. • Experience delivering technical assistance for Medicaid programs and/or state Medicaid offices. • Knowledge of and experience working with behavioral health practices and clinicians, including integrated care delivery. • Knowledge of health information technology at the provider level. • Strong commitment to improving instructional quality and student outcomes through the use of research-based practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with stakeholders at various levels and from a range of backgrounds. • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. • Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available. • Qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements depending on project work. • Selected candidates will undergo reference and background checks. • Candidates must adhere to AIR's child safeguarding standards and principles.
