📋 Description

• Translate business goals into product briefs and requirements for new Trips features grounded in guest needs • Drive execution with engineering, design, data science, and program management from concept through launch and iteration • Shape in-app placements, personalized ranking, offers, and lifecycle messaging for next-booking suggestions • Work with supply, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure offerings are relevant, available, and easy to book • Partner with data scientists and engineers on product experiments, synthesize outcomes, and decide what to scale, iterate, or stop • Make prioritization decisions balancing guest experience, business impact, and engineering cost • Present strategy and results in leadership reviews and communicate clear decisions and narratives • Own the feature roadmap across much of the Trips program • Build Airbnb’s experiences and services business beyond stays and increase trips including those offerings • Craft product narratives for internal leadership and external guests

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing or product management • Track record of moving a core growth metric through features led to launch • Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex launches on time and at a high quality bar • Experience working on two-sided marketplaces or multi-product platforms • Ability to define experiment learning goals, interpret growth metrics and guardrails such as satisfaction and retention, and make product decisions • Strong judgment of consumer product quality • Ability to earn the trust of engineering, design, and data science partners and lead without formal authority • Clear, structured communication skills for executive audiences and actionable team guidance • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours as needed • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity • Experience at a fast-growing consumer marketplace, launching a new category or business line (preferred)
