📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical vision for the marketing content platform with a product-first mindset • Lead and contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and deployment • Build an agentic platform to create onsite and offsite marketing content in a no-code manner • Transform the platform into an AI-driven system that turns marketing briefs into campaigns • Participate in code and design reviews and provide constructive feedback • Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, creative, design, product, and other cross-functional partners • Deliver flexible, efficient, scalable solutions with direct business growth impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience • Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture • Hands-on experience architecting and developing agentic systems • Experience with Java and/or Kotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, relational and NoSQL databases, Redis, and microservice architecture • Passion for efficiency, availability, and system quality • Strong communication skills and experience driving initiatives across teams, departments, and leadership • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
