📋 Description

• Lead Associate Project Managers and Supervisor Implementation Coordinators through daily leadership, coaching, mentoring, and direction • Develop team capabilities through career development plans, performance reviews, ongoing feedback, and professional growth opportunities • Participate in hiring, selection, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives for DPMO personnel • Develop, document, implement, and continuously enhance project management processes, standards, templates, and tools • Program manage strategic customer projects, high-visibility customer implementations, and enterprise initiatives from initiation through completion • Oversee project governance, including project status, resource allocation, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and issue escalation processes • Support project escalation management for at-risk projects and complex customer situations • Contribute to delivery metrics, KPIs, and quality indicators supporting continuous improvement • Partner with department leadership on departmental goals and long-term delivery strategies • Facilitate collaboration among Delivery, Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Customer stakeholders • Serve as a senior point of contact for escalated delivery and implementation concerns • Promote adherence to Quality Management System requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Clinical, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification • 5–7 years of PMO management-level experience in healthcare or business technologies, or similar technology from other disciplines; PMO experience required • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments • Proven history of self-motivation and ability to work independently • Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly • Detail-oriented, with ability to exhaust all resources when troubleshooting issues • Customer-focused approach • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ownership and follow-through on multiple issue types • Effective time management skills
