📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts and frameworks for migrated applications • Establish technical baselines before migration and compare post-migration results to identify failures • Validate Azure and AWS configurations, including networking, connectivity, DNS, identity, and cloud services • Validate APIs, application interfaces, integrations, and databases, including data integrity and application data access • Execute smoke, regression, performance, and reliability tests against agreed baselines • Integrate automated test execution and reporting into CI/CD pipelines • Manage test cases, results, defects, and requirements traceability in approved test management tools, including Jama Connect where applicable • Assemble technical acceptance evidence for migrated applications • Share results, risks, and Go/No-Go recommendations with the team lead

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Minimum five years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including building automated test frameworks • Strong PowerShell and Python scripting skills • Experience with cloud infrastructure, API, and database testing • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, pytest, or Robot Framework • Ability to independently develop and execute technical validation scripts • Works on complex problems without appreciable direction and provides functional leadership to team members • Experience testing applications during cloud migrations (nice to have) • Experience with Jama Connect or enterprise test management platforms (nice to have) • Experience testing applications hosted in Azure or AWS (nice to have) • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins (nice to have) • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Newman, or REST Assured (nice to have) • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 (nice to have) • Federal program delivery experience (nice to have) • Experience using GitHub and GitHub Copilot (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI technologies and practical use in IT delivery or cloud environments (nice to have)
