• Assist senior sales executives with strategic account development and customer engagement. • Support outreach efforts with general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users. • Help identify new project opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. • Participate in networking events, trade associations, and industry functions. • Develop relationships with customers and project stakeholders. • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and jobsite visits. • Learn and communicate Albireo Energy’s BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls solutions. • Assist with proposal development, estimating coordination, and CRM updates. • Support internal teams with project documentation and customer follow-up. • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. • Learn the fundamentals of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), PLC and SCADA systems, EPMS solutions, data center infrastructure, and construction project delivery. • Participate in ongoing technical and sales training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, construction, engineering, building systems, HVAC, electrical, or related industries. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly motivated with a desire to grow a career in technical sales. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Approximately 10–25% regional travel. • Exposure to BAS, HVAC, controls, electrical systems, or construction preferred. • Interest in mission critical or data center infrastructure preferred. • Internship or experience with contractors, engineering firms, or technical systems preferred.
