📋 Description

• Support the administration, maintenance, and consistent application of 1099 and W2 contracts • Draft NDAs, confidentiality, contractor, employment, consulting, and other agreements and amendments • Partner with HR and executive leadership to align contractual terms with business objectives while minimizing legal and financial risks • Provide guidance and interpretation of contractual terms, obligations, and compliance requirements • Maintain a comprehensive contract baseline and record system • Handle compensation information with discretion, confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment • Build partnerships within the team and across the organization • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, law, or related field, and 2+ years of related contracting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and contract terminology • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PP, Teams, SharePoint), web applications, and typing 40+ wpm • Strong organizational, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality • Ability to handle highly sensitive compensation and employee information discreetly and professionally • Ability to work under minimal supervision, identify problems, and implement solutions • Professionalism, integrity, dependability, respect for others, self-motivation, and strong work ethic • Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy and company guidelines
