📋 Description

• Provide regional on-label post-install sales support and technical selling for WaveLight® products • Emphasize premium procedural selling • Support WaveLight® Excimer, WaveLight® Femto, Contoura, Wavelight Plus, and related consumables/disposables • Work closely with WaveLight Managers, Division Manager, and the Refractive team • Optimize sales initiatives, product adoption, and goals • Consult with physicians/surgeons, key opinion leaders, key customer decision makers, and internal stakeholders • Maintain high technical knowledge of existing and new surgical products • Deliver assigned regional sales objectives • Complete management business objectives assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs) • 5 Years of Relevant Experience • Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English • Advanced ophthalmic surgical/technical skills and knowledge • Experience consulting in an Operating Room (OR) setting • Experience consulting with refractive technologies • Strong working knowledge of refractive diagnostics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • A demonstrated track record of proven sales achievements is highly preferred
