📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Sage 100 ERP, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support • Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance using Sage 100 • Customize and configure Sage 100 modules, including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Sage 100 environments • Conduct user training and develop supporting documentation • Provide clients with best-practice recommendations and solution roadmaps • Coordinate with internal technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors • Stay current with Sage 100 features, updates, and industry trends • Contribute to proposal development and sales support as a subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 3 years of relevant work experience • Must achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise and have and preserve required licenses • Analytical skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, internally and externally • Ability to travel based on client and business needs • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage 100 ERP • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, inventory management, and distribution business processes • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools within the Sage 100 ecosystem
