📋 Description

• Support the People Team in designing and implementing high-impact learning programs • Partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, implement, and manage learning programs • Manage learning programs from design through evaluation and implementation • Develop and implement learning interventions using varied modalities, including AI-assisted content creation and design • Support e-learning, videos, job aids, v/ILT, intranet pages, AI-enabled tools, and assistants • Facilitate ILV/vILT training sessions, workshops, and other L&D-led events • Monitor learning trends and technologies, including emerging AI capabilities • Pilot and share effective AI practices with the L&D team and broader business • Provide learning design, development, program delivery, facilitation, and learning operations support as priorities shift

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting the development and implementation of learning programs • Exposure to creating and managing learning across e-learning, video creation/editing, ILT, and informal learning • Comfort using generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to draft, edit, and iterate on learning content, with judgment to review and validate outputs for accuracy, tone, and inclusivity • Basic communication skills to collaborate within teams and with stakeholders • Proficient in instructional design models such as ADDIE or similar frameworks • Experience with training facilitation • Interest in employee enablement/performance • Ability to work collaboratively within a team • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively for timely delivery • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience building or refining prompts, assistants, or workflows that improve how learning is created or delivered
