📋 Description

• Assess learner and performance needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions • Translate complex technical, clinical, and regulatory content into plain-language learning materials • Conduct audience analysis and organize content into logical learning pathways • Develop learning objectives, instructional approaches, storyboards, activities, and assessments • Create learning blueprints and design packages for developers • Build eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, facilitation guides, scripts, videos, job aids, webinars, and blended learning solutions • Prepare and test courses for LMS delivery, including SCORM packaging • Apply instructional quality, accessibility, usability, and visual consistency standards • Coordinate project responsibilities, reviews, and timelines • Design evaluation measures and use data to improve learning solutions • Support curriculum planning and content governance across the LMS, EHR knowledge base, and agency websites • Develop and maintain LMS documentation, templates, and best-practices guides • Conduct instructional design reviews and quality assurance checks • Support training and mentoring of new design team members or contractors • Stay current with instructional design best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends • Report to the Instructional Design Director and collaborate with subject matter experts, program partners, evaluation/analytics team members, and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field • Four (4) or more years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training design, or related field • Experience designing healthcare, compliance, behavioral health, or regulatory training materials • Experience with LMS administration, course configuration, and learning paths • Experience designing and delivering eLearning, instructor-led, synchronous, asynchronous, and blended training • Experience with video production, editing, and multimedia content creation • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar eLearning authoring tools • Working knowledge of SCORM standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems • Strong working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards • Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video production tools • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent visual and graphic design software • Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design models • Strong content synthesis, writing, plain-language communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Ability to use Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and shifting priorities, and maintain accountability in a remote environment
