📋 Description

• Participate in onboarding new non-traditional franchisees • Manage brand-specific training and provide support through restaurant opening • Facilitate and deliver synchronous virtual and in-person training using practical adult learning principles • Serve as an operations expert across restaurant operations • Communicate and manage scheduled sessions virtually and in certified training restaurants • Lead and manage training in host-certified training restaurants • Ensure consistent execution and oversight of training for new non-traditional franchisees • Provide development opportunities for Certified Training Managers • Partner with local field teams and host franchisees • Provide and document behavior-based learner feedback and performance recommendations • Communicate pass/fail class completion status • Maintain current knowledge of training content and changes • Incorporate new products, guest service initiatives, processes and systems • Partner with regional and national training teams on training initiatives • Provide in-store support during new restaurant openings to establish operations effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience • 5-7 years experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management • Strong facilitation/presentation skills in a virtual or in-person classroom or restaurant/retail setting • Ability to consult, influence and coach adult learners • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Self-accountability and autonomy • Ability to build credibility and trusting relationships • Computer skills: Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems • Strong organization and planning skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Change management • Ability to recognize and provide feedback on better and innovative ways to accomplish objectives • Ability to help identify and resolve project-related risks and issues • Approximately 75-90% travel required, including up to 5 nights away from home for training and weekend travel
