📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives while facilitating Agile delivery • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with business goals and technical constraints • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum principles • Remove impediments and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support backlog refinement and maintain a prioritized backlog • Leverage insights, facilitate UAT and go-live readiness, and mitigate risks • Mentor team members • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and delivery priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation • Experience facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews • Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred • Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst)
