📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions • Design and deploy advanced identity security controls to safeguard networks, systems, and applications • Work across disciplines to shape the security services strategy and execution • Set and uphold the standard for security processes to support high-quality engineering • Mentor and galvanize new engineers to do their best work • Design, implement, and maintain security identity services supporting the business • Employ data and automation at scale • Partner cross-functionally across various teams to drive impactful outcomes and further secure the digital landscape

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field • 8+ years of experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments • Deep knowledge of cloud security architectures, including AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM • Experience designing and enforcing least-privilege roles, RBAC/ABAC, and permission policies • Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP/Directory Services, user lifecycle automation, SSO, MFA, and JIT access • Strong hands-on proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation and Python or PowerShell • Practical experience managing service accounts, API keys, bots, and automated workload identities across cloud infrastructure • Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience building CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with server-side web technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go • 4+ years acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting • Experience with health-tech systems, clinical data, or EHRs • Familiarity with NHI architecture, AI/ML security and threat modeling, SPIFFE/SPIRE, zero-trust architectures, containerized identity frameworks, SIEM and security observability tools, and regulatory standards including HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 • Preferred certifications include CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CAISS, or GMSE • Sitting for prolonged periods; extensive use of computers and keyboard; occasional walking and lifting may be required
