📋 Description

• Build strategic relationships positioning Alegeus as a market leader in consumer-driven healthcare with brokers, consultants, and key partners • Activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities with regional sales teams through introductions, meetings, events, and thought leadership • Develop targeted territory and engagement plans to grow pipeline and convert relationships into results • Advise during priority pursuits by removing consultant-related barriers and elevating the sales process for complex opportunities • Represent Alegeus and partners at conferences, broker meetings, and industry events • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver consistent messaging and a seamless partner experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role • Deep knowledge of the TPA and health plan market • Strong familiarity with CDH benefits and financial or payment solutions technology • Strong business acumen • Executive presence • Analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse and senior audiences • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
