📋 Description

• administer and manage clients' leave and accommodation programs • ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, state leave programs • evaluate documentation and facilitate case management processes • serve as subject matter expert for LOA and ADA accommodation programs • administer leave and accommodation cases from initiation through resolution • lead ADA interactive process engaging employees and stakeholders • review medical documentation for completeness, sufficiency, and consistency • identify and recommend reasonable accommodation • maintain complete, accurate, and timely case documentation • communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • experience in Leave of Absence case management, ADA accommodations, disability case management, or related absence management programs preferred • 1+ year of customer service experience is required • knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state leave laws, and related employment regulations preferred • good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact clearly, concisely, and professionally with various stakeholders • basic knowledge of medical terminology and professional telephone etiquette • excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and short deadlines • intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications • in agreement that this is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 9 to 12 months
