📋 Description

• Design, build, and support analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions for business and client decision-making • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Build data transformation, analytics, and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and related technologies • Analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into actionable insights • Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis • Create reusable data models, reporting standards, and automation frameworks • Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency • Document solutions and provide support for production reporting environments

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields • Experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • SQL skills and experience using Python for analytics or automation • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) • Experience building automation solutions using Python, APIs, AI frameworks, or workflow tools • Experience with Alteryx, AWS cloud services, or modern data platforms • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance standards • Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting environments • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have work authorization in the Employing Country without current or future visa sponsorship requirement • Successful completion of a background check, with checks determined by the position • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video; camera-on culture
