📋 Description

• Conduct analysis on what makes for a successful sales POC or self-service trial of Hex’s product • Partner with a cross-functional growth squad to improve the product-led-sales strategy • Help evaluate and evolve the approach to monetization alongside the rapidly evolving product • Continuously test and adopt new tools and workflows in Hex and beyond • Share feedback with product teams • Help train teammates on using Hex effectively as a data workspace • Shape how data teams operate in the AI era and accelerate Hex’s ability to bring that future to data teams everywhere • Partner with the Growth and Monetization team to evolve pricing and packaging, experiment with ways to show product value in trials, and provide data and insights supporting adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer or data scientist, or equivalent years working in a highly analytical role regardless of title • A track record of working to maximize business impact by navigating ambiguity and focusing on unblocking the functions you support • Curiosity about new technologies and a willingness to experiment with tools and workflows to improve how teams work with data • A drive for quality, simplicity, and maintainability in your work • Strong agent management skills, knowledge of SQL and dbt, and experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines
