📋 Description

• Carry derived data points from development through QA into production, including defining logic and required tests • Write data methodology and logic for episode triggers, provider attribution, cost standardization, and quality measure numerators, denominators, and exclusions • Manage and build Clarify's reference data library, including physician and facility affiliation mappings, codesets, derivative mappings, geographical information, and service-line categories • Use reconciliation SQL, version-over-version comparisons, and impact analysis to validate data • Establish ongoing data-test coverage, baseline comparisons, and completeness thresholds • Run data refresh and delivery cadences for customer environments after ingestion • Investigate test failures to root cause with engineering and hand off validated groupings to data science and product • Scope feature requests from product, clinical informatics, and customer teams • Write specifications and acceptance criteria, determine ownership, and follow features through release • Resolve cross-team methodology decisions involving attribution logic, referral definitions, and provider reference data • Review AI-assisted tooling output against source data and establish appropriate review standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience • Five or more years in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or a comparable data-heavy role • Advanced SQL • Experience in the AWS ecosystem • Experience with industry-leading AI models, especially in their use for code development • Working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, provider, or network data, and healthcare claim codes • Experience with data in a production setting, including scheduled table refreshes, downstream dependencies, and QA before release • Clear writing of specifications, acceptance criteria, and decision records • Preferred: Depth in a healthcare domain such as episode grouping, risk adjustment, quality measurement, or provider and network reference data, including CMS or NCQA measure specifications, clinical value sets, or HL7, FHIR, and X12 • Preferred: BI and dashboarding tools • Preferred: Recurring data quality checks • Preferred: Python/PySpark experience
