📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process for a variety of roles • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent • Provide expert consultation and guidance to senior leadership and executives on hiring process • Lead offer negotiations, including base salary, short- and long-term incentive plans • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market research and networking • Collaborate with HR and business partners to optimize HRIS systems and recruitment processes • Deliver clear, concise, and influential communications to senior leaders and executives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience • 5 or more years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience, including project, team, or program management • 3 or more years of demonstrated expertise consulting and guiding senior leadership on hiring processes • Proven track record utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with high autonomy while maintaining strong collaboration across the organization • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
