📋 Description

• Process and validate standard deal requests, including quoting, pricing configuration, and order form preparation • Review deal submissions for completeness, policy compliance, and routing requirements • Support senior analysts on complex deal packages through data gathering, document preparation, and Salesforce/CPQ updates • Serve as the first point of contact for Sales inquiries about quote building, pricing, product configuration, and quote status • Maintain accurate deal records and documentation across CRM and CPQ systems • Submit, track, and manage Jira tickets with EA • Assist with contract and order form administration, version tracking, template management, and execution coordination • Generate routine deal desk reports and dashboards tracking queue volume, turnaround times, and open approvals • Apply deal desk policies, discount governance frameworks, and approval matrices • Participate in process improvement initiatives and document standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations or support, or a business operations role • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience • High attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Eagerness to learn SaaS commercial concepts including pricing, deal structures, and contract basics • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience • SaaS or FinTech exposure is a plus • Exposure to complex Product and Pricing structures • Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes • Experience supporting Sales Organizations or Operations, Revenue Accounting, or Invoicing • Intermediate Excel, GSuite, and SFDC skills including data and file ownership • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Employment sponsorship is not available
