📋 Description

• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate consensus across teams • Translate complex business challenges into use cases, user stories, and functional requirements • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations • Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams • Develop process flows, wireframes, and journey maps • Identify bottlenecks and recommend product and process optimizations • Create test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Support roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation • Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of related experience or 3 years with an advanced degree • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations • Experience managing competing priorities and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences • Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development • Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products • Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment
