📋 Description

• Guide financial institution clients toward measurable business outcomes through value-based engagements, assessments, platform reviews, and outcome alignment sessions • Analyze platform usage, performance data, benchmarks, and industry trends to develop actionable recommendations • Connect Alkami platform capabilities to client priorities, financial impact, and operational efficiency through clear value narratives • Independently manage end-to-end value consulting engagements, including scope planning, analysis execution, and client-ready deliverables • Present data-backed insights and recommendations to client stakeholders • Support renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning with value perspectives • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management teams on customer goals, timing, and success measures • Identify adoption and optimization opportunities through peer and best-practice benchmarking • Adapt value frameworks to ambiguous or complex client scenarios • Document engagement outcomes and recommended next steps • Share recurring client insights with internal teams to inform product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategies • Maintain knowledge of Alkami’s platform, product releases, digital banking landscape, and market trends • Demonstrate executive presence, analytical rigor, and a customer-first mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, sales engineering, customer success, or a related SaaS, fintech, or banking technology role • Demonstrated experience operating independently on customer-facing engagements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience • Strong understanding of financial institution operations, digital banking strategies, and technology-enabled business outcomes • Proven ability to translate complex data, product capabilities, and analytics into clear, outcome-focused business recommendations • Experience leading client-facing workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions with mid- to senior-level stakeholders • Analytical proficiency assessing usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently on complex engagements while collaborating across internal teams • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting standard frameworks to unique client situations • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is unavailable
