📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Respond to patient inquiries, administrative tasks, and messages in a timely manner • Provide ongoing, longitudinal care to women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • Comfortable working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Commitment to evidence-based practice rooted in current clinical research • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • New graduates are welcome • Ability to work full-time hours
