📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, medical histories, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Address patient inquiries • Respond to administrative tasks and messages promptly • Deliver longitudinal care to women with hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, and other chronic conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • Experience with nutrition counseling or patient care is a plus, but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Must provide active and pending licenses for review • Must hold an actual state license; temporary permits, reciprocity, or unissued licenses do not satisfy the application requirement
