📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Address patient inquiries • Respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • New graduates welcome • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow
