📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with Physicians and APRNs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Address patient inquiries • Respond to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner • Provide longitudinal care to women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • All active and pending licenses are collected and reviewed during the hiring process • Applicants must hold an actual state license to move forward when required by current state-level needs • New graduates are welcome • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus but not required
