📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits • Develop personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required trainings • Uphold Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records • Complete charting in a timely manner • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages • Provide full-time patient consultations and medical guidance • Prescribe when clinically appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner • Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health and treating chronic conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Minimum of 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses • At least 2 licenses in California, New York (autonomous), or Florida (autonomous), plus 1 or more licenses in additional states based on hiring needs • Applicants must address any applicable U.S. work authorization or visa sponsorship requirements
