📋 Description

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment. • Perform service and repair work in a profitable and proper manner. • Record productive time versus travel time. • Perform preventive maintenance according to customer-specific service programs. • Maintain accurate work records and parts used at each job. • Keep equipment and ANSI 156.10 standard knowledge current. • Keep manuals and details up to date. • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property. • Maintain adequate parts inventory for the service vehicle and keep an inventory log. • Maintain good customer relations and customer service. • Assist and instruct others in installation and service methods.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently. • Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License. • Frequently going up and down ladders. • Standing on Concrete several hours a day. • Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl, twisting spine. • Ability to work in various climates. • Ability to work overhead. • Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50-75lbs. • Flexible work schedule is a must: ability to work nights and/or weekends, or On Call as necessary. • Prior experience servicing automated doors preferred. • Prior experience in the Construction Field installing door frames and windows preferred. • Associates Degree in related electrical, mechanical, industrial field preferred. • Prior experience in the Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Communication Field a plus. • Prior experience as a Glazier installing glass doors or windows and carpentry experience a plus. • Ability to keep updated on Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standard.
