📋 Description

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley automatic door operating equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment • Perform service and repair work in a profitable and proper manner • Record productive time versus travel time • Perform preventive maintenance according to customer-specific service programs • Maintain accurate work records and document parts used at each job • Keep updated on changes and modifications to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards • Keep manuals and technical details up to date • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property • Maintain adequate parts inventory for the service vehicle and keep inventory logs • Maintain good customer relations and customer service • Assist and instruct others in installation and service methods

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License • Ability to frequently go up and down ladders • Ability to stand on concrete several hours a day • Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl, twisting spine • Ability to work in various climates • Ability to work overhead • Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50–75 lbs. • Flexible work schedule: ability to work nights and/or weekends, or on call as necessary • Prior experience servicing automated doors preferred • Prior experience in construction installing door frames and windows, or as a glazier installing glass windows and glass doors preferred • Prior experience in electrical, automotive, or carpentry fields preferred
