📋 Description

• Lead change management efforts on enterprise-scale client projects • Guide clients and projects toward effective communications and technology/process adoption • Apply certified change management procedures to produce high-quality program and project results • Liaise with internal and external project workstreams • Ensure change management is integrated throughout each project • Manage change management plans, communication plans, training plans, documentation, and trackers • Build awareness for organizational change and reinforce adoption through standard change management methodologies • Draft and own manuals, communications, and training materials for future-state programs • Train and mentor new and junior team members • Identify and deploy process improvement strategies across the team • Drive change through technology, automation, and other channels

🎯 Requirements

• Certified change management professional • HR/Workforce industry background • 4–6 years of HR industry experience • 4–6 years of Change Management experience • Change Management certification, preferably ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, MSI, etc. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated strategic thinking and relationship management abilities • Experience working with demanding stakeholders and driving change adoption • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Self-discipline and ability to independently complete project deliverables • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced ability to maintain detailed documentation • Intermediate knowledge of VMS technologies, MSPs, and the Procurement/HR/Tech landscape • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio • Ability to travel up to 25% • Authorization to work in the United States; employment is contingent upon identity and work authorization verification
