📋 Description

• Own end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing across Allia’s national clinician network, including provider applications, primary-source verification, CAQH, expirables, sanctions, exclusions, and audit-ready files. • Run the Credentialing Committee process, including preparing files, identifying exceptions, coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions. • Own delegated credentialing operations, including payer requirements, delegation agreements, audits, remediation, and ongoing compliance. • Partner with payer contracting on credentialing, provider participation, enrollment, roster management, and implementation of new payer agreements. • Maintain policies, workflows, reporting, and SLAs covering credentialing status, risks, turnaround times, and provider participation across payers. • Improve and automate credentialing workflows with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of provider credentialing experience. • Strong knowledge of CAQH, primary-source verification, and NCQA standards. • Direct experience with delegated credentialing and payer audits. • Experience working with commercial health plans and provider enrollment. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
