📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of valuation, litigation support, and forensic engagements • Conduct investigations and analyze financial records, transactions, and large datasets • Support litigation matters, fraud investigations, damages calculations, and valuation engagements • Consult with attorneys and clients throughout business disputes, including case development, discovery, damages analysis, and expert testimony • Lead preparation and review of valuation models, expert reports, forensic reports, working papers, schedules, and supporting analyses • Build and review complex financial models and use data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships • Manage client relationships and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of engagements • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members while delegating work and managing multiple projects and deadlines • Support business development through relationship building, proposals, presentations, and identifying new opportunities • Lead integration of AI and advanced analytics into valuation models • Apply AI-enabled tools to document review, transaction and anomaly detection, and data analysis while maintaining defensibility, validation, and professional skepticism for expert testimony

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5–7 years of relevant experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, valuation, or financial consulting • Professional certification preferred, such as CPA, CFF, CFE, ABV, ASA, or CVA • Experience with commercial litigation, economic damages, fraud investigations, forensic analysis, and business valuation • Strong financial analysis, investigative, and Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with complex datasets • Knowledge of databases used in valuation and litigation support work, such as BVResources, Tagnifi, KTMine, Partnership Profiles, and Kroll Cost of Capital • Strong project management, client relationship, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and clearly communicate complex financial concepts • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members while working effectively independently and collaboratively • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion when handling complex, confidential, and sensitive matters
