📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Promotional Specialists to execute on- and off-premise sampling programs • Own day-to-day market execution, including staffing promotions and coaching Promotional Specialists • Serve as local point of contact for client field marketing • Gather client product and industry information and report competitive activity • Staff on-premise, off-premise, and special events • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure quality standards meet client expectations • Provide training, direction, expectations, and constructive feedback to Promotional Specialists • Manage performance issues and conflict resolution for part-time specialists • Manage promotional material inventories and ensure permanent materials are returned • Conduct event debriefs and share insights with Regional Sampling Manager and Directors • Manage, monitor, and audit daily budget spend • Complete administrative responsibilities, expense reports, calendars, event tracking, and inventory records • Manage client equipment and assets • Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations and maintain the integrity of reported information

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of adult beverage experience preferred • Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives • Prior promotional agency experience preferred • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have reliable transportation • Must have access to a smartphone • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as needed
