📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Promotional Specialists to execute on- and off-premise sampling programs • Own day-to-day market execution, staffing promotions, coaching specialists, and ensuring client standards • Act as local point of contact for client field marketing • Gather client and industry information and report competitive activity • Staff on-premise, off-premise, and special events • Conduct spot checks and ensure quality standards • Manage performance issues and conflict resolution for part-time specialists • Manage promotional material inventories and client assets • Provide direction, expectations, and feedback to improve execution • Conduct debriefing sessions and share insights with management • Monitor and audit daily budget spend • Complete expense reports, manage budgets, maintain event calendars, and track execution against goals • Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations and maintain accurate reported information

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of adult beverage experience preferred • Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives • Prior promotional agency experience preferred • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have reliable transportation • Must have access to a smartphone • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as needed
